Who are you? Start here.
Yes — that phone.
Skolpass works where the internet doesn't.
Most Ugandan families don't carry smartphones — so we built for the phone in your pocket:
- SMSEvery status change — received, shortlisted, offer, deadline reminder — lands as a text on any handset. Live now.
- ASSISTEDApply at a cybercafé, on a relative's phone, or with a verified Skolpass field agent — check any agent's ID at skolpass.com/verify-agent first.
- APPNo app-store download needed (and there is no official Skolpass app in any store yet) — open skolpass.com in Chrome and tap Install; it then works offline.
- PRINTThe admission letter is a real PDF the school gate recognises — print it once at any kiosk.

Working with Uganda's leading schools
Built on trust — because it's your child.
Child data is sacred
PDPA-protected. Only you and your chosen schools ever see it. Every document view is logged.
Verify any agent
Every field agent carries a QR ID. Ten seconds at /verify-agent tells you who's real.
No lone-wolf decisions
Every admission carries two staff signatures and a tamper-proof audit trail.
Radical honesty
Payment never guarantees admission. Schools decide. We say it everywhere, in writing.
Every question, answered straight.
▸Does paying guarantee my child a place?
No — and anyone who promises that is lying to you. Skolpass delivers your application to the schools; every admission decision is made by the school itself, with two staff signatures. What you're paying for is reach: five schools, one form, no travel.
▸How much does it cost?
UGX 4,000 per school. Your 5th school is always FREE. So five applications cost at most UGX 16,000 — less than one taxi trip to a single school gate. PLE results not out yet? Apply now and add the aggregate in January from My Applications.
▸I don't have a smartphone. Can I still apply?
Yes. Every status update also arrives by SMS on any phone, including a kabiriti. You can apply from any browser — a cybercafé, a friend's phone, or with help from a verified Skolpass field agent (check their ID at skolpass.com/verify-agent).
▸What happens after I apply?
Schools review, then you get offers by SMS and email. An offer holds your child's place for 48 hours. Confirming pays the school's commitment deposit and secures the seat — your lower-choice applications withdraw automatically, and those seats pass to other families on the waitlist.
▸Is my child's information safe?
Yes. Child data is protected under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act — only you and the schools you apply to can see it. Not our field team, not other schools, nobody else. Every view of your documents is logged.
▸Which schools can I apply to?
Private secondary schools and self-sponsored intakes of government-aided schools. Schools marked ✓ Live on Skolpass have an active admissions office on the platform; our field team visits each school before it goes live. Schools marked Listed · onboarding still receive your application — we deliver it and follow up with the school.
▸Someone claiming to be from Skolpass visited our school. Real?
Verify them in 10 seconds — every genuine agent carries an ID with a QR code. Scan it or type the code at skolpass.com/verify-agent. Red result? Report it. Skolpass never asks schools for money through agents.
